wow. There is still some life out there in forum land. It would be interesting to see who is still kicking around these parts after all these years. Summertime comes to an end . So I wonder if Gord did his fair share of fishing? |

I remember the great Lan parties we had! Gord with his water cooled system he had back then. Dan da man and the wicked counterstrike tournaments we had. Well until the Battlefield tournaments took over. Great swag .... and we all had a chance to see the awesome machines guys had put together. Thanks... |

Interesting to see how it shapes up game play wise. There certainly were some good Lan parties back in the day with MB members. |

Hey Mav . I'm running a 3870 and for the price versus the higher end cards (NVidia's) it does everything I want it to and like previous posts have said if your not taxing the screen res there isn't much sense in spending big bucks . That card will do what you want it to and you can always get anothe... |

wiretap pro 6 is suppose to be a good program for keeping an eye on those programs you mentioned . just google the above and see if it does what you are looking for . It does cost money . Maybe somebody knows of a free version of that type of software available on the net . |

agree with you there sbeeze the HD3870 or even the PALIT 9600 GT would be a better choice of cards money permitting . Your PS should be bumped up a little if you decide to change to the above cards though . Sounds like you'll have a good system there when your done . Good luck on your new build . |

Well said CMDR Steve-O . I like the idea of keeping business local . MB has a great group of folks working there and very helpful . Sometimes the online deals for the sake of a few bucks just aren't worth the hassle for me . The fact that if anything goes wrong with components its much easier to dea... |
