Hi guys, first off here are my PC specs. Allright, after I got back from the valley, I reset the bios and so far so good. Stupid me not thinking about the settings being changed beforehand, anyways all is well now, off to some testing! |

Well the only thing I can try is to re seat the CPU and heatsink, anyone got some spare thermal paste kicking around? ill be gone tomorrow morning, but should be back mid afternoon. |

Aight guys Im having a problem. Ive installed everything and the pc keeps crashing during installation of windows, usally only a few mins in. Aight, took everyones advice, went and bought an e8500 at MB today, then Bought a P5N-T Deluxe, and Some Ram from members on here. Thanks guys, cant wait to get my new system up and running. |

Well I can get an ASUS M3A78 board for cheap from a friend of mine, so I was going to try and stay with an AMD processor simply because I can get a good deal on the board. If i was going to build the best PC for the money, I'd definitly go the e8400 route... as it seems to be one of the better going... |

All right, heres my current PC Specs. Well, I messed with it for a bit more, did the fxmbr and chkdsk suggestions, still no dice. Finially I borrowed another XP disc from a buddy, and that disc worked fine... so looks like my disc is bad. Oh well, laptop is working better then ever now, thanks for the help guys  |

So dads laptop had windows Vista installed on it. He Didn't like it, felt it ran much to slow, which I can agree with, the laptop only has 512mbs of RAM. So he asked me to install windows XP on it. Went to the wal-mart in sackville and dartmouth crossing, both had none. EB games in Sackville Bedford and Mic mac mall had none. Best buy in dartmouth crossing didnt even have it in system and told me no such game existed, and futureshop at mic mac mall hadnt recieved any yet. never had this happen... |

Alright the problem im having is this. At completly random intervals my internet just cuts out, and i have to go into my network connections, disable and re-enable the connection in order for it to work. It happens when im downloading.. and when im not, but moreso when downloading.. downloading anyt... |
