I too have made a similar "leap" recently. I moved out to the country, I literally live in the middle of woods. No High Speed Available.. except for Sat. Internet which I don't think qualifies as a viable connection for me. I use internet only at work, which is enough time for me, to get c...

Anyone look at buying a Bluray ROM for their. PC. I recently am looking at building a mATX Home theatre pc, and looking at getting one for it. Prices seem to be dropping on them. Just wondering how they perform. As expected? With mother boards coming with HDMI standard seems like a cheaper way to ge...

DVR boxes don;t have coax output ( if its an Eastlink Variety) . If its a standalone dvr , then perhaps that would work. Not entirely sure it would work hooking an Eastlink DVR to tv card. You would have to have a tv card with RCA\svideo\ inputs to get anywhere I would think

Just updated my 360, and tried out the new Divx/Xvid support. So far its flawless. Media, plays instantly. Now to add a 4GB + memory stick to my X-mas wish list. Totally kills the slow *** divx support on my DVD player. It also will mean I don't have to hook my laptop up to tv with VGA. Just figure ...
