Does this sound right @ stock settings?

E8400 Stock @ 3.0 Ghz

SM'S are the same and quad utilizes a bit better so I would imagine that makes sense and is normal then. cool ill have to do some OCing to prevent BNecking.

'06 is really CPU limited with these cards, you may want to give Vantage a go :wink:

Most likely , yes.

I mean with my 2x 8800's. I hit 19500.
But that was OC to 4.0 Ghz.

So maybe after class i'll OC and post my 3d.

oc the proc. i notice a huge difference from my q6600 at stock and when i oc it with my 3d mark scores. grain about 5000 points

yeh.

like said i went from 14500 to 19500 when i OC'd from 3 to 4ghz.

Ill try it when i get home. I just reseated my shit so mabe i can temp down a bit.

Stable? I'm not sure...

Rone and I know the p5nt deluxe is full of shit when it reads vcores.. But the true im running at is 1.392vcore.

Temps are 44 idle, Load was 54-56 @ 100%
