I can't decide if I want an HTPC at some point or one of those media cener extender boxes that companies like D-Link are putting out. I suppose it would depend if I plan on gaming on the TV or at a desk with a monitor. |

You can never have enough HDD's. |

I actually don't fill up hard drive space that quickly. I burn off a lot of my media and format often enough that older games and files I don't really need to save get cleared off. I have friends on the other hand that squirrel away everything that comes in contact with their drives. I wouldn't be surprised if they backed up virus' and adaware they got "just in case". |

I can't wait to build a new gaming system so I can use some of the old parts to build an HTPC! God I hate being poor! |

building a good HTPC is pretty cheap really, considering what prebuilt one cost. |
