Not to mention the resale value of your cars/houses. A lot of people (me included) wouldn't want to buy a car or house that has had a smoker in it.

Just something else to add to the list of positives. :)

people on the way to quitting will find for a few weeks off and on your body will start to get rid of alot of the tar on your lungs. Yes its gross but a dr assures me it was a good thing.

Breathing is noiseless and effortless now and My clothes and breath isnt RANK lol

I really had NO idea i smelled so bad when I smoked. You can certainly smell better when you quit lol

for those of you who smoke - do yourself a HUGE fav and go on champix. The money you save would pay for a nice trip down south easily within a yr, you feel so much better.

Man, whenever I hear something like that I always remember this guy in one of my high school classes who smoked and he was big... like... real big. And I had to sit near him in this one class and I just assumed he had a GYM/PAL class beforehand, because he always came in sweating like crazy, but later found out it was just what happened when he walked upstairs. Anyways, the smell this guy produced was so bad I can't even describe it. It actually hurt to breath it in. I felt like I was getting brain damage by having to inhale it in fact and I can still picture it to this day. When I hear about smokers smelling bad I always think back to that.

LOL

from that little story it sounds like you were actually traumatized.

I am pretty sure most people would rather smell a lil cigrit smoke on someone than a week old B.O

I feel for ya tho lol
