Looking for a webhost .. one that is decently reliable. I mostly just run wordpress... I have been with goddady for awhile but the service is getting worse and worse all the time. Time for a change. |

I use Hostmonster. I don't think they have a plan that cheap but their services are A+, uptime is fantastic and admin interface and support system is efficient and reliable. This coming from someone who has used well over 50 different providers. |

When I was looking for cheap hosting in the past I used DotEasy. I haven't researched places in years and years, so I'd check out the places Phonix recommends first, but at the time they had one of the best deals I could find and I never had any problems with my setup or service. I think I was paying like $35-40 a year and that included my domain registration AND basic hosting... the basic hosting didn't have any server-side scripting support however, so that wouldn't work for WordPress, but it worked fine for me because what I did was create a small database on my system and then had it process my site for me and then just upload the outputted HTML files to the server. I think adding PHP support is like... $7 a month? That's probably all you'd need really. |

Hostmonster was one of the ones I was looking at. Seems to have great reviews and has everything I'd need. Even supports streaming video. I'm going to sign up with them. I tried Eirca.net but worst host ever .. fast but not reliable, nothing in the control panel works correctly, piss poor customer service, they don't even have a number to call them. Waste of $10 and I can't even get ahold of anyone there to cancel my account... going to have to file a dispute with paypal to get the charges to stop. |

This is the hosting service I use. https://www.siteground.com/ I've been with them for about 3 years now, never experienced any downtime. |
