15% = easier to calculate in your head

I'm sure the Con's would have upped it to if they had had a majority.

Honestly, I doubt I'll even notice a 2% difference... something that's $100 will be $115 instead of $113... not a big deal, and 15% is easier to calculate... lol

It's just as easy to calculate either. But also a bad point to lose a few bucks in the long run.

If 2% makes no difference to anyone I'd like to impose a 2% tax payable to myself on anything and everything. Whats a few bucks less in every persons pocket anyways? And just think how happy it would make me...
