HOLY CRAP!

So I'm sitting here with my wallboxes torn apart and a meter testing my speed and continuity, i noticed one coax wasn't screwed in all the way. I normally use speedtest.net to check but instead i just clicked my favorite button for MB forums. And I see this...

Yeah Dr B I'm having some serious issues here too. .49mbps was the best i got since i got home from work. Have you called them yet?

I DL the new AMD display drivers at 4 mb/s. mine is good.

YOU BASTARD! It was when downloading the 10.10e's that I noticed my connection was borked. I installed 10.11 and now I'm getting bad screen flicker on my 2nd monitor and sometimes on my 1st monitor during gaming. Irritating. Was hoping the 10.10e's were better since they were newer.

God damn you weaklink.

This would be the 4th time since summer something like this has happened. Of course there won't be any compensation :(

And there's a new MP Patch coming to Black Ops tonight, I really wanna see what's changed/fixed.

Consider yourself lucky, this is the best speed I've gotten since I got home from work tonight. Also contacted a few friends and they're all experiencing the same issue.

In all fairness the last few days were spotty. I would lose my connection several times/day. It hasnt happened in two days so I am assuming it was random.

Normally for me its excellent.

I just moved to an area that Aliant only has the 1.5 service so I got eastlink. Speedtests show great speed but downloading from my easynews subscription is painfully slow. Only way to get faster speed is to use a program like getright and open 4 connections.

That would appear to be the numbers for the Eastlink30. Are you paying the extra $10 a month or is there some promotion on?
