Good luck man. It's not a good time of year to have to deal with all this stuff when it wasn't even your fault, but then again I guess it never is.

I know this is a long shot but hoping someone can help me out. Been a bad streak of luck this Christmas... I was involved in a car accident where some teenage girls blew through a red light and hit the side of my vehicle when I was taking my son to see Santa. It occured at approximately 6:50 PM. I'm looking for more witnesses as she changed her story when the police came... Bad streak of luck I know... I still intend on my son seeing Santa too. But if anyone seen what happened. I heard about this accident while out the other day. Apparently the police responded to an overwhelming 35 accidents on the same day. I am sorry to hear you and your son was involved in an accident and I hope you both are alright. On a side note - nail that b*tch to the wall for lying to cover her ass. |

I plan on it. So far here is what I have as well as ideas. I would appreciate any other brainstorming. -Access to the Metro Transit Cameras in their major stop area by Penhorn. -Sobeys Camera -Possible Traffic Cameras. -Sears Camera -Any othe cameras on the adjacent parking lot. If it goes to court I can access phone records to see if she was talking/testing while driving with a timestamp. Posting for witnesses. |

these cameras can and will be accessed tomorrow as well. This is due to managment only having access to them. |

I'm sorry I'm not a witness so I can't help but I know what you're dealing with. My brother spent almost 4 years dealing with a car accident that should have been clear cut but the other party changed their story several times and everyone just kinda rolled with it. It took an enormous effort before anyone even acknowledged that for the other party's story to be true he would have had to travelled at twice the speed of sound... |

BOYS!!! I just got a brainstorm. Can get the timestamp of the accident to light using the airbag control module which recorded when my airbags deployed! WOOT! Line that up with the lights and SHAZAM. I got her by her mangenitals now! |

still follow up with cell phone records showing if she was texting or on a call double whammy and another ticket/fine best of luck and keep us aprised. |

I wish I could obtain that record but I can't unless I take her to court. Tomorrow I will be talking to the adjuster evaluating the situation. |

Well it could come to texting. I'm not really concerned. Found she has a huge insurance lapse at the time which wwill void her ins. and put her at fault being not able to/supposed to drive. But overall i'm not worried. |
