Sites not loading for me here at work but I assume this is the Linux OS for the Linksys WRTG54-based routers that opens them up giving you features normally only found on much more expensive routers?... If so, I was going to try it over a year ago when I was still living in an apartment with some friends and my router started dropping it's wireless signal regularly. Oddly enough before I did we figured out that the problem was caused by my friends new Dell Laptop, so I didn't bother after that. :?

If you give it a go let me know your results because I'd still be somewhat interested in it but really I just want something that works... which it does right now.

well like you, I am also considering it. The cheapie airlink router I have is listed as compatible with this linux based gui.

What I have is working fine so I am tempted to leave as is - well cause if it aint broke dont fix it type of reasoning. However, it looks to offer far greater functionality. I am going to do some reading and if I decide to, I will post back anything in the next few days.

I've used it, it's amazing, triples the value of your router. My best friend uses it for a multiwan load balancer and it does an enterprise level job.

It seems a lot of the functionality it unlocks are things I don't really need. If it speeds up my connection or increases security while keeping administration over it just as simple then I would be more interested.

I may give it a try - if only because of the double D in the name lol

wonder if that means "huuuuuuuge" difference.
