Corsair H50 or the Corsair A70 dual 120MM fan The A70 is bit cheaper, but I don't know how they compare performance wise. Any thoughts? |

If your case can fit the rad+fan(s), I'd go with the H50. I'm sort of biased in that regard, but it looks way cooler. |

I just ordered a Coolit ECO ALC which is supposed to be better than an H50 for about the same price. |

I'd have to say as long as one has the space in the case to put a Cool-It style enclosed water cooling system, do it. |

Just saw my credit card bill. Went with the A50 instead. Got if for ~$53 and a $20 MIR. I'll probably look at replacing it later on down the line. |

Well I am very happy with the results of my ECO, 4.0 stable running about 32 idle and I haven't gotten it over 51 under load yet. Very good results. Just remember you will gain an extra 5ish degrees if you add another 120mm fan, so get something with good cfm and you'll be set. On another note, lets all laugh at me! My 5850 was running @ 60+ degrees idle for the last 6 months because I was too lazy to take out the card and clean it. When I rebuilt the system last night i thoroughly cleaned the card out of dust, man it was bad, there was almost no gap between the fan fins. Back to running 35 idle. Dust=+25 degrees! Damn lazy fool I am... |

The eco is a really nice unit. When I upgrade my cpu and board later in the year I am going to go either with the ECO or an H70. |

I am not expecting H70 performance levels from it for $50, but it should alot better then the aluminum POS I have on there. |

The ECO is a direct competitor to the H50. It beats it on both Intel and AMD systems by a good bit, and is JUST below the performance of an H70. Once again, it really benefits from a second 120mm fan. |

And if you go with the eco240 and run 4 fans its beats the h70 thats if you have the room for a 240rad. |

yea i looked at the 240 but honestly at that price i would prob just rig up a danger den setup. And i doubt i could actually get that beast in my case. I will prob get a chance to rig it up tomorrow with an extra 135cfm fan I have had kicking around and see what happens. |
