Some guys being noble and saving the world? Kudos to them but it doesn't seem this will be very good in an enthusiasts computer.

I like the idea and am interested in seeing how it performs but I would think the layer of air it's using, no matter how thin they say it is, would be a problem. I would have thought they'd want a fluid to be in between the two surfaces to help thermal transfer while still letting it rotate endlessly but who knows.
