I'd get the new CPU, mobo and up yer mem to (at least) 16GB.

Whats the 32g GSkill you have 1600?

32GB G.Skill Ripjaws Z series. It required, for me at least, a bump to 1.6V to get it to work at stock speeds (that advice is from G.Skill, so it's no hack).

Can't remeber if it's the 1600 or 1866 (no price difference), but it's slightly slower as my FSB multi for the OC makes weird numbers and I don't really care to O/C the ram.

32GB makes for a nice 16GB fancycache. With yer current HD it'll probably work even better.

Let me know the temps of yer 8350 if/when you get it installed. As long as it's not doing anything the temps are stupid low.

See http://www.mysterybyte.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=2959 for benchies and whatnot.
