Not entirely sure the total power requirements for the componenets list I've selected for a budget build.

Will a CoolerMaster 525 be enough to handle the following build:

Motherboard: ASUS M5A97 LE R2.0
CPU: AMD FX-6300
Memory: Crucial Balistic Sport 8B(2X4G)
Video: Radeon HD6450
HD: 500G/1TB WD Cav. Blue
Optic Media: LG DVD/Blu

For power I'm thinking 500Watt should be enough, but I"m not 100% sure since I can't find specs on some of the components. I've also got another thread open regrading the memory, hoping I don't have to pay more for lower clock memory.

That power supply is more than enough.
Power supplies are about a heck of a lot more than sheer wattage. Those parts will not draw anywhere near the amperage that the power supply can deliver, so you have nothing to worry about by going with that power supply. In fact, you have room to do some decent upgrades at a later date with that power supply.
