I've been wanting to try different brands of ram. I tried OCZ and it was decent. Kingston turned out badly for me. Supertalent was okay, G.Skill has been iffy at times when it comes to adjusting any of my timings it always freaks out but I'm not great at adjusting them really... I don't understand them enough.

But! I want to try Mushkin, it looks to be a high-end ram provider and I think it would be a great addition, and who doesn't like ram with names like Redline Frostbyte!

I'd be looking to buy

Mushkin Enhanced Redline Frostbyte 6GB 3X2GB PC3-12800 DDR3-1600 CL6-8-6-24 Triple Channel Memory

Anyone has some Mushkin? it sounds like the most adorable ram on the market!

I have tried a few types myself and have to agree with the GSkill being good - but you have to set the timings and volts perfectly or it really spazzes out your pc. Pain in the a$$ when you thnk about spending all that money for something that sensitive.

But when it works, it works great.

I would give Corsair a go. Amazing memory, uber overclockable while maintaining stock timings and volts , even with a 400Mhz oc. Not to mention cool like a beer from Steve-O's fridge !

I'm also nearly sold on that Corsair case... it looks fucking sexy. Hotswapping would get rid of the need to go out and buy one of those external toasters or bays. The door on the back is a godsend to anyone whos realized when they bought their big awesome heatsink that they now need to take their mobo out. The cable manage is great because I get kind of anal when it comes to try to push wires around. It certainly is a good start, I was watching reviews.. for their first case they sure stomp out a lot of competition.

After seeing the case in person, I had no idea it was really THAT big.

Its massive. I am sure if you can curl yourself up you can fit inside the thing lol

Planning on a new build around august/september so we'll see. I shelled out $250 for my thermaltake armor when I got it and I don't regret it at all!
