i'm gonna fuckin lose it! the HD led is blinking like crazy on the MB, I trouble shot with the other sound card installed & it picked it up I restart & it's fuckin gone again! Sounds like MB issues to me. Looks like it'll have to be RMAd ffs.

The X2's HD audio hijacked your audio. you'll need to go into the sounds and audio devices and change it back if your using XP, or if your using Vista, well I had to go in and disable the Ati HD Audio and do a reboot to get it to switch back.

Same happened to me. I lost it like tony for a bit a while ago.

Same solution Ben mentioned. Worked for me.

hmm I've been trying to do this since last night. Anyone like to tell me where I have to go to even allow a sound card to be recognized? They don't even show up as a device either right.

Control Panel> Sounds and Audio Devices> Audio> Default device, the drop down box should allow you to select your Xfi, then do the same on the voice tab. If that doesn't work you may have to disable the Ati audio under the device manager then do a reboot.
