Awwwwww, they're so cute...Or they are just midly retarded :P

Looks like from the connections on the back they support some kind of eyefinity, but why? I'd have to say I'll be getting a 5750 to replace that x1650 in my jesusbox!

Being built on the same 40nm process, I actually expected power consumption to be alot less that 108 watts for the 5770. Albeit its probably going to kick arse.

I'll explain Steves short answer.

Single GPU's that we're paying more for are better in the long run as most programs only utilize a single GPU. Nvidia would be the better solution for multi-gpu platforms as their drivers are mor supportive of multiple displays as well as SLI 3D rendering in windowed applicaitons.

Once Crossfire accomlishing the same results with their drivers I will be more than willing to fork my money over to ATI.

picked up one of these last night...havent had much of a chance to test it out yet...im expecting a small increase in performance over the 4850, but also like the less noise, less heat, less power...and future of dx11

And not so hard to buy a 2nd one if you need the extra juice. Once NV actually releases their new shiit we may see some price lowering.
