Weird pairing. I've heard decent things about the Killer NIC cards but I think unless the NIC portion was thrown in for free, or close to it, I would rather have the cards separate as you'd be throwing out the Killer NIC part when you upgraded to your next video card. Also, it's not like you'd be saving space either as this is a two slot card. |

Are there single slot 5770 cards? If this were to be a 2nd card in crossfire and the nic still worked as advertised, I can see the use in it. If they made a 5870 with one in it and in the future i'd want to crossfire, that model would go up to near the top of my "to get" list (although i'd probably just buy a 4GB 5970 instead). |

I don't know why a company would do this. A NIC card is cheap anyways. This is a stupider idea then what these guys would come up with lol

If I was going to post some fake crap I'd make sure there was a lolcat attached to it. Powercolor is also releasing one with a Lucid Hydra chip attached to it so one can use ATi/NV cards of whatever in hybrid sli/xfire (instead of buying an MSI Big Bang mobo). So what if it's useless to most, some people will buy it. It's a good sign that there are enough spare chips floating around that OEMs can make goofy kick-ass cards. I'm pretty sure team green would have never ever allowed anyone to do that. |

LoL @ having the name "killer" in a product. It should have a picture of a panda's severed head on the box and be lined with sealskin on the inside. As well as containing lots of old school sytrofoam and coming with a free pentagram-themed mousepad. |

For some reason I can see myself passing on this product  although my onboard realtek nic has had it's share of issues.
