Sounds like an XMAS investment. I may just get another 4870 instead, depends on wether or not the extra 512MB of ram per GPU makes a difference at the high high end. 
I can attest to the high scores of the 4870, I currently run at 1920x1200x4AA. |

Think I'll use my retro pay and get one 
EDIT: Somebody screwed up, my retro was a seperate payment from my regular pay in order to avoid getting dinged 30% taxes, but I still paid 30% taxes on my retro. Oh well, that's an additional 82bucks the gov't will owe me come tax time. |

clarkey has 3 4870 x2s on the way wiht his skulltrail system. man im gonna have some fun installing all this stuff.!! my 2x 4870s ill be here by the end of the month. so you all wanna see some bench marks. 2 qx9770 oc to obolivion, 3 4870x2. expecting 28-30k |
