perhaps this is a thread hijack but at any case, I didnt set a quit date. I just let the pills do they're thing. The dr told me to smoke while taking the pills. Before long ( bout three weeks) I was cutting down all on my own.

Id tell ya to smoke, soon, you wont want to cause the nicotine will not be allowed to work.

haha Dean I say giver !

with cooling like that who needs liquid ! Nothing some cardboard and outside cant fix lol

At any rate, you can push that cpu alot farther, I say giver a lil more, you can easily getter to 3.825 stable with a lil more volts - then run a bench, see the diff and back it off to 3.6 for a lil cooler running machine.

Come to think of it, with that cooling, you can get it to hit 4Ghz. I know its doable. You would be doing close to 1.5v on the vcore tho. Just a thought.

I am going to play with this cpu again in the next day or so when I get a chance, find a stable OC then run a bench.

Nope wont hold stable tried 3.8 @ 1.5 and lasted about 15min then crashed just not enough cold air for that but 3.6 is good enough for me with a stock cooler.

hmm it should be cool enough to stay stable - with that outside air crankin onto 'er.

I would do max of 1.55 and work your way backwards on volts till she gets unstable, up one step and stress. 3.8 is doable.
