Post subject:  ASUS TRITON 78 CPU COOLER

Well, I thought this one looked pretty cool, and well it does. My computer has gotta have performance, but if it doesnt look cool, well fuck it.

So I ordered in an Asus triton 78, and I thought I'd give you a little run down on the Performance.

Well It does look cool, asus did well with the deisgn, have a 120mm fan mounted between two towers of fins. also four pipes for each tower.

Only con I really have to say is it's a little more exspensive than the average cooler.

But on the tests, with my e8400 oc'd to 4.2 ghz. It ran at 33 degrees idle, compaired to the artic cooler freezer pro 7 on there which was at 40 degrees.

Under load It'd run at 38 degrees. compaired to the freezer pro 7 thatd run at 46 degrees.

So it definatly does what it's suppose to do to replace intel's stock cooler. It still beats it's 30 dollar counterpart for performance. but it's double the price.

Here's a few pics for you guys to have a look.
