1/2"
swiftech mcp-655 pump

Koolance cpu-360 block

any triple rad if you have the room(im running a swiftech mcr-320 and keeps my 4ghz i7 @1.4v @40c in this weather were having)

if your going with a res, swiftech micro-res2 (or one of those danger den tubes)

make sure your fans are >40cfm's or it will do shit all, im running 80cfm yateloons, silent and powerfull

make sure to also get non-conductive treated fluid, in the last few builds iv used pc-ice but my next one im gonna use koolance's stuff thats predyed.

as for where to get them, that place in bc has everything, or you can see if rob can special order them in for you, be warned, good H2O isnt cheap :P lol

personally im not too too fond of sealed loop units. i have a corsair H50 running in my wifes system and keeps the PhenomII x4 965BE @4ghz @40c in 25~27c room ambient. if your only doing a light oc then it would be fine, but also remember, this goes for ALL cooling except TEC and L2n, you can only cool as cold as ambient. ratio is about 10c (judging by my 8 systems), hence why i moved my 3 main systems (i7, athlon x2 and my G5) to the basement. in 30+ weather my $900 loop is as effective as the H50... also, if mounting the rad in/on your case, i found that having the fans blow INTO the case drops your temps by almost 10c. as its getting the coldest air from outside the case vs higher temped air from within. temps inside case dont seem to budge, read from both bios senors and a laser temp probe thing (fun as hell to play around with, just dont take reads dead on), just make sure you have good airflow to begin with (1 or 2 up front sucking in, 1 on back and top blowing out and side fan, experiment, some systems like the side in others out. my i7 works best with no side fans at all
