Yeah I'm on a 'try before you buy' deal with Hell's Highway right now. So far SP experience has been ok, but nothing that makes me want to go out and spend my money. Yes, I do have FC2 pre-ordered and look forward to playing thru sp, although I'm not too excited about it's multiplayer component. Supposedly, the new proprietary engine, Dunia, will have much less resource reliabilities, which will make the game run much more efficiently than derivatives of Cry Engine 2 (Crysis, Crysis Warhead). System req's are the same, and I'm still surprised to see x1600 as the minimum GPU requirement. The problem with Cry Engine 2 was it's insane CPU usage, along with requiring just about every last mb of ram from any ddr2 graphics platform. I myself, am more excited for Left 4 Dead (finally a good zombie fps), Fallout 3 (which leaked to 360 yesterday) and Dead Space. We are approaching the big months in the gaming industry and have some really big titles to look forward to. Oct/Nov should give us plenty of hours of play time. |

And I don't regret it at all. graphically good game BOA is but like Ben said. Ubi didn't gey my money for it I found it's more like a movie more than a game. With a pinch of max payne. But thats my opinion. |

Nice break from some of the other run n' gun games I play. |

Oh I definitely agree. For the hour I was testing ym copy. I found it was a very enjoyable part! And if you can run it on full graphics to appreciate it. You'll love it! |

On Far Cry2 DRM - Ubisoft is committed to the long term support of our games: you’ll always be able to play Far Cry 2. What a CROCK! They attempted to cease supporting Vegas 2 months after it came out on the PC (a whole lot of complaints with the BBB prevented that), and you can no longer play IronWrath in MP because they've KILLED the keyserver without patching it to remove the DRM. You can't even play a LAN game without the key auth. |
