A minimum requirement should be to uninstall Vista

Bring on the demo!I heard the 6950 and 5850 are pretty close in performance.

A 6950 is about 50-75% more powerful than a 5850.

OH and I already played the MP Beta and honestly, it looks nice and all, but it's comparable to FrostByte 1 (BC and BC2) in visual splendor. Certainly not as visually stunning as some of the tech demos we've seen for it.

On top of that, the MP Beta yielded much better performance on my system than Bad Company 2 ever did on any configuration.

Mind you it was a beta, but an EA rep said that although the Beta didn't represent the finished product, the only changes that were required were GUI and behind the scenes stuff as well as balancing. So that statement put me under the assumption that the visual quality of the MP Beta was representative of the end product.

One way or the other, it's still BF, still a crappy pub shooter to me. Only now you can prone in the bushes all round and never be seen

I only use 1280x1024 and the graphs i saw comparing a 5850 and 6950 show the 5850 outperforming the 6950 in BF BC2.Prolly just pick it up for 360 anyways.If it wasn't for world of tanks i wouldn't even bother to turn on my pc now.

Looks like I need to invest in a 6950 soon.

Demo is out the 27th but i think that its the mp demo so will see how the 5850's stack's up.Last pc game i got IL2 Cliffs of dover which is supposed to be hard on vid card's the 5850 ran it no prob with playable fps.If anyone wants to know IL2 COD suck's compared to original IL2.

I beat ya to it. got one just over a week ago to enjoy this here Battlefield, the new trackmania that just came out and Serious Sam 3 which is available for pre-order.

when i saw it wasn't on steam on release day i just went straight to the publisher to buy it and download it.

Yeah I grabbed it that way as well, best 25$ evar! Works great in eyefinity as well.

I hope i can run this on high settings atleast. If not I guess I'll get that GTX570 I was thinking about.
