I *think* that's the board I'm currently using... normally I would know right away but Gigabytes naming schemes are so long and obscure. Anyways, it's worked good so far for me. I haven't started overclocking yet, and won't until I need the speed, but the only real problem I had with it was when I tried to connect to the internet BEFORE I installed the drivers that came with the board. After loading them everything was fine. Seems solid enough, the BIOS has lots of options, and it's a great price. That's as in-depth of a review I can give it right now.

The Giga P35 boards are excellent budget overclockers. You won't be disapointed.

If you need a hand OC'ing it when you get it, drop me a PM and I'll point you towards some really good forum threads dedicated to that particular motherboard.
