After much.. trouble.. I got the drivers working and found a helpful link.

http://www.overclock.net/ati/633816-how ... i-gpu.html

Works great so far, I've gained maybe 200 on a 3dmark.. going from 850 to 900 I think... although since my cpu is at 3ghz maybe when I ramp it up tomorrow after work we'll see a bigger improvement!

OoOoo I gained close to 1,000 that time... no "solid" benchmark yet. I'm just re-running the SM3.0's right now. Eventually I'm gonna sit down, get some hardcore numbers. Try and hit the sweet spot again CPU wise before I go out and buy my watercooling (which by the way the forum was soooooooo helpful!) I know what I want now. So I want to be able to post the extra OCing I'll reach as well as the temps when i set up my water/liquid cooling. So far its Swiftech I'm looking at but if anyone has suggestions on a better reservoire, or pumps.. shoot cause I'm interested.

Also there might be a coolmaster V8 up for sale if i get the liquid cooling set. This is a dumb question but the copper blocks must get hot? Would it be beneficial if fans also cooled the waterblock ? or would it be meaningless. I was just thinking what if the worst happened and I ran out of coolant, or my pump shut off..

3DMark06 Score: 19148
SM2.0 Score: 7338
HDR/SM3.0 Score: 8721
CPU Score: 6073

This is with my i5 750 @ 3.8ghz (1.25v)
Ram is at 1580mhz (1.3v) haven't adjusted timings.

5770
1300 mV
1000 mhz Core Clock
1400 mhz Memory Clock

Max temp 81 ( Fan on auto.. but I'm still crossed if 81 is high for an ati 5770? I remember my 9800gtx hitting 100.. and the max being 110? )

I want to break 20k!!!!

yeah 81 is very high - for the prupose of overclocking going only to top 20K ( with plans to back it off later) enable manual fan control and turn it up.

Yeah well when the fans on full 100% speed it never peaks over 64c... and even then I could probably make that better, a fan was buzzing and i noticed a lot of dust lately. Damn V8 pushes on the side cases fan and dust builds up between them..

Anyone know is CPU-Z reads accurate ram timings? I had issues booting if i loosened, or tightened the timings anything other than 8-8-8-22 But CPU Z reads it as 7-7-6-21.

2nd 5770 added this morning!

i5 @ 3.2ghz currently

19807 3dmark06
7740 SM2
10040 SM3/HDR
4901 CPU

More tweaking.

Manage 6k for a CPU Score! with 215 bclock with 18 multiplier
Fiddling with the videocards now because if i go above stock their performance drops in tests. Mind you I've been noticing in the 3dmark06 tests my cards never go above 90% usage. Why I've been leaning more towards the 3DMark Vantage as their hitting 100% now.

Through some new knowledge of my bios I've arrived at 211 x 21 for now.

VTT/QPI 1.41V
vCore 1.475V

I had read that 1.55V is the absolute max by intel.
That VTT/QPI can go up to at least 1.5V safely, but that includes being within .5 of your DRAM voltages.

Once i figure out this stupid link from ORB I'll post it but I hit over 25k so far. Something odd though Is i cannot push my 5770's above stock and get positive results. I can push them, there's no crash or anything. But my scores go down even if their not run at stock.

All this really means is christmas needs to come sooner for a watercooling set!
