Oh agreed. I'd really like that board. But I have $130 to spend on this board right now so I gotta price it for that budget, taxes and shipping included cuz i live in ng.

Just a heads up,Gigabyte 790 chipset boards (like mine and the one Top suggested)will not run more than 2 sticks of DDR2 8500@1066mhz.So if you want to run more than 4gb you'll need to find someone who makes 4gb modules.

4gb is enough anyways for your needs. The ram will be the furthest thing away from a bottleneck from the phenom I's.
