790 or 890 is there really any diff beside usb 3.0 and 6gb sata Im running a 790GX board now but its not DDR3 so looking to upgrade, but wondering if its worth it to go to 890 or just stay with the 790 with DDR3 instead.

Example Build :
AMD Phenom II X4 965
OCZ Obsidian Black XTC 4GB 1600
Sapphire ATI Radeon HD5870
Seagate Momentus XT 500GB

with a setup like that would it be worth a 890 chipset?

If you just gotta have it, 890FX! If not, wait for the bulldozer AM3r2 chispets in the fall.

Id say giver and be with the times. Personally I dont have anything usb3 or anything that would saturate sata 6G so I didnt. But like steve-o mentioned awaiting later and greater in the fall. Then possibly some ssd's if the price ever comes down

Go for an 890 board. I wouldn't buy a new board without USB3 and SATA3 at this point.
