good luck with setting the timings and finally getting a stable system.

Better to go Corsair.

I was gonna go Corsair but MB told me It's currently not available so GSKILL was the next option any suggestions on another ram other then GSKILL, QVL lists OCZ, KINGSTON, Crucial, Super Talent and Patriot.

Personally with all the ram I have used Corsair is where its at for me and an AMD system.

Gskill should perform but always had issues at the beginning making things stable and having to manually set volts, and timings several levels deep beyond the half expected initial timings. For the money one would assume it should be a little more forgiving.

Corsair needed nothing, even tho most of the time i go in the bios and manually set things up to be sure - it went to default on its own. Also just for sh*ts, I left the vcore as is and clocked it from 1600Mhz to 1800Mhz on the same timings. Reviews say it will easily do 2000Mhz on stock timing and volts. I was impressed.

I have used Patriot with excellent result as well, for me anyways it would be a 2nd choice.

I guess G-Skill left me a little jaded as they are expensive but require tedious efforts to get them right in any given system.

Well going with AMD 965, ASUS M4A89GTD and GSKILL DDR31600 and hopefully get the ram up to 1800-2000
