Hey all,

Wife's gone away and well I always screw around making things in the kitchen. Typically I don't write down what I do but am starting.

I just made this from scratch, for a big pot of sauce (prolly 15 dozen wings worth or more, depending on how you like to coat them).

I had a few of my neighbours try it, and they all said it is really good :).

Whole pot cost me about $6.00 to make. About 30 mins prep time, and 2.5 hours of cooking.

2 cans Crushed Tomatoes
1 Medium - Large onion finely diced or minced
3 Medium Jalepeno Peppers chopped to small bits, keep seeds in sauce
1/2 cup ketchup (i had no name)
3/4 cup white vinegar
1.5 tbs Jamacian Jerk
5 tbs Garlic Powder (or about 3 cloves)
2 tbs Black Pepper
1 Bay Leaf
3 tbs white sugar
1 tsp cayanne Pepper
4 tbs Chillli powder
1 tbs of each Basil, oregano, selantro, parsly
35 shakes of worchestershire sauce
1/2 tsp soya sauce
1.5 tbs Dry mustard
3 tbs salt
1 cup water
1.5 tbs Blair's Sudden Death sauce (Gives it a small kick)

just turn the stove on, throw in your tomatoes, and add in everything as it goes. Adjust your Sudden Death sauce to prefered heat level.

Bring sauce to boil for about 20 minutes after everything is added and stired in. Let simmer for 2 hours after on low heat (1-10 I used 3). You can walk away from it.

I'm planning on making a sweet lime chilli sauce within the next month, along with a spicy mustard sauce. I'll post the creations I make if you guys want.

If you make the sauce, let me know what you think about it!

-Keith

Intresting, I'll have to try that.

For the Lazy:

Franks Redhot Buffalo Wing Sauce
Mix in PC's Memories of Montego Bay Fiery Jerk Sauce to your own preferrred heat level. The more you add, the less you taste the artificial butter in the Franks. Even good on fries...

Just ate my wings, they wern't bad, I'm going to have to fine tune this recepie a bit. Stuff I made last night was wicked good but i never wrote it down so I don't recall. Trial and error one day once I fine tune it, it will be super amazing. I recommend adding another cup of water, once the sauce cools it thickens alot.

Honnestly I just cook with anything I have on hand.

I make some amazing deserts, thats where my specialty is. A good munchie food (high calories) see below. I never measure it tho :/

4-5 different cereals (your choice)
My typical
Rice Krispies
Mini Wheats
Quaker almond crunch
Fruit loops or captain crunch
honey nut cheerios
peanut butter
icing sugar
chocolate chips or skor/crunchie bits
some type of nut, almond or walnut

throw it all into a bowl, mix it up, grab a spoon and enjoy. I never measure this, i just throw it all together. I add typically about 6 big table spoons or so of peanut butter. A good shake of the bag of icing sugar in, and a normal sized bowl of each cereal.
