Not one of the funny stories but a rant.
Anyhow did anyone notice a wild growth of autism cases in the news lately as well as special needs cases?
It's like it all popped up yesterday. Anyhow just wanted to say my opinion so fire up the shit oven.
I'm just getting tired of the commercial of the (Politically correct)
"Mental Health Consumers" A.K.A. (Not so correct now)
"Handicapped" on television for schools. Like seriously. Why the fuck now and why are they plastering their faces all over television. Personally I think BET is a shit channel but they may as well make a MHC-TV as well now.
1. We had resource in school and those kids were treated with the greatest of respect. I don't know why there are so many problems that the post it all over tv (and probably youtube too..)
2. The Bus incident. Well here is where things may get a bit more offensive.. The story has changed here and there. But what I believe out of them is the fact the bus driver can't drive while a kid is acting like
Godzilla on LSD. So anyways you expect a bus to wait even 5 minutes for the kid to calm down, I dont fucking think so. People take the bus to work and being consistany late, etc is a burden to their jobs and that of the employers. It's a string of events, huge string that effects alot of stuff.
3. Here is a neat one. My fiancee has her brother down along with his wife who is a know it all parent (nut job) along with their 2 children. One of them being a 12 year old boy
who is taught only to sit to pee (oh and has a peanut allergy). Apparently I found out recently in their school of about 1200 children cannot have peanut butter due to one person being allergic to it. Anyways I don't have much to say about this as it's a bit off topic and absolutely rediculous. But it's something along the lines of special needs that are being abused. And like hell in my days if I couldn't have my P&J!!!
4. Now i'm not hating on "mental health consumers" i'm moreso hating on the parents who dream their children can live a normal life.
FACT: They can't. They require special needs and these problems arise because of false hope... or stupidity (probably).
Well atleast we have our freedom of speech somewhat. And that's my opinion.
Discuss.
