When running 100% load one can expect the higher temps, and yours are not too high. Feel reasured that under your current cooling, voltage and load, this is as hot as the processor is going to get. If running only 30% load and you had those temps, then I'd be concerned.
TJun is about 102C or so? So you have plenty of room. I recall reading that for every 10C rise above 25C, a transistor's lifespan is cut in 1/2 (this assumes 24/7 operation). Considering the we know Intel has about a 1M hour design, we can state that if you were to run your processor at 65C 24/7, you could do this for a total of 75,000 hrs or 3125 days before you could expect a failure.
Mind you, you're about 140C warmer than I'd like to be
