Amen. Rone you're crazy. Best of luck with the nitrogren.

You should totally do liquid oxygen, so in the event that you get angry at it all you have to do is throw a match or lighter at it and RUN, and boom it's gone.

The shop vac method I know, which has been used by members of this forum (back in the P4 days) was done in February. Since the shop vac has an auxiliary exhaust port, it was just a matter of using two hoses. One to suck in -20C air from outside the window, and one to blow it straight at the chipset. That P4 3.0C Northwood would do 4Ghz if you kept the Northbridge nice and cold...

lol yeah i can see that working great. but as for just a shopvac with room temp air. it wouldn't do jack.

Im staying away form any subzero temp cooling for abit. too much condensation is generated. And ya cant leave a pc on 24 7. lol so far the peltier was the best bet. but even with pelts your using ALOT of extra energy 240 watt pelt plate on 24/7 is worse then running say a tri sli setup with 20 hard drives. lol

i just drop a few ice cubes in my water loop every now and again when i wanna do abit of benchmarking :)
