steve the page has been updated this runs at the bottom of the story now..


[UPDATE] Apogee Software and Deep Silver have just issued statement to Shacknews, confirming that there is a "situation at 3D Realms" but stressing they are not affected.

"Deep Silver and Apogee Software are not affected by the situation at 3D Realms. Development on the Duke Nukem Trilogy is continuing as planned."

DNF is dead. Take-Two has cut funding for the development but is maintaining the IP rights. The Duke Nukem Trilogy is some handheld thing for the DS and PSP.

maybe take 2 can scoop up the ip and bring it internal. atleast then it would prob be out in 1-2 years.
