Looking at picking up 2 of these as they look to beat the 5870 in most benches, anyone else running a pair of these?

Not me, but I've seen some pretty impressive results from them. Makes me wonder why I bought a 5850.

Nice choice.

If the HELLA 5970 come down I would say giver that beast. May need to dremel a case to get it in tho but as I always say....if it don't fit...force it ! :P

5850 in xfire is faster then the 5970 by a decent margin and is about $120 cheaper. and both use xfire technology so scaling becomes a shared issue. i personally don't understand the point of the 5970 in its current price range.

case wiukd def need to be modded if i ever did buy a 5970 though thats for damn sure, 2nd largest card i have ever seen besides that 4 GPU vodoo.
