Well it's happened, the Copyright Modernization Act (or Bill C-32) has been released to the wilds, with criticism coming in from all sides!

I seen this in this mornings' edition of Metro newspaper.

What's illegal:

1) breaking digital locks
2)enabling copyright infringement
3) having more than one backup copy of a song or movie
