So the power button stopped working on my 275T+ that i got a couple years go from MB...Let me say it was a pretty good experience (15 seconds on hold), even though i had to deal with the Southern Drawwwwwl. They pay for shipping both ways! I somehow threw out my box for it so I had to hack out the styrofoam from my T240HD box, but it still fit. I'll let ya know how long it takes to get it back via UPS (I've heard horror stories on how they kick stuff a lot).

Kinda funny I was at the Brewdabaker's at the Sobey's in Clayton Park and a Purolator truck shows up and picks up all their stuff at the UPS store next door.

BTW Brewdabakers is having a special if you get 1L draft of a Sleeman's product you get the 1L mug to keep. For 10$ it's a pretty sweet deal.

Well as sh*tty as it is that there's an issue, a 15 second hold time for warranty is amazing. Also the fact that they will pay for shipping both ways - this would keep ya as a customer of Samsung. Keep us updated on how long it takes.

my guess is at least a couple to few weeks.

For some whatever old reason it got shipped back via "Armour Transportation"...Don't even bother looking up 80 Wilkinson Avenue on Bing maps or Google maps. If you look at the areal view it's a great big dirt pit right now heh. They are just by the 118 waaaayup there. Gonna hit them up at lunch and try out the monitor at work, make sure Samsung "fixed" it.

Wow, they shipped it back in a big ol box, strapped down to a plastic pallette. Something the size of a box a mid-atx case would come in.

Didn't get charged shipping, so that's 2 times awesome.

Monitor came in about 15 miles of bubblewrap. It works good as old, exact same monitor. Would do business with again A++++. (Only thing is they didn't ship it back in the monitor box I gave them :( ).
