From what I've seen it's an attempt to be like the 800D, but it falls short in some areas (like no dust filter on the bottom grill)

key word there is attempt. It certainly doesnt have the cable routing capability, sectioned cooling or the same amount of room, not to mention, filth free filters.

Approximate size comparison between the 2 aformentioned cases. Without a doubt the HAF X team was going for the 700D look, and price range.

I personally find it kind of ugly. :? The 800D's look good but for the price they better.

The CM690II Advanced is better case for the money.

lol not so much when you try to cram a i7 setup with watercooling (w/320 rad lol)

that case is pretty roomy and has oodles options for cable management. More so than many cases I have seen for the same price.

Also the lower portion of the HDD bay is removable if you want to put a res or large pump there. Liquid in that case wouldnt be a problem.

lol ya if you have a 220+120 rads, but 320's arnt so happy in the 690 II adv. right now iv got mine rear mounted on custom brackets the put it straight out, ill take some pics and post em soon
