Good stuff Dr B! Love white LED's when done right. Shame about the Ruby Decal though, broke my heart!

If you work where I think you do now, then I didn't know they could print those types of decals there, and will want a couple done in the near future incl a Razer Logo and a couple other things. Sweet!

This camera sucks (the background on the monitors is actually black FFS)

They're not as annoyingly bright as the blue were, that was by design. They have less of a mcd output and are only running at 4.5mA

One more thing to do, I've got a strip of white power LED's to go in the case. I'll wire these up through the switch for the LED fan I turfed. They're supposed to run at 15v, but they'll run (although dimmer) at 12V.

A little green death in the glass...

jesus Dr.B nice looking LED setup on the case. Nice indeed.

Did you have to solder on any resistors of any kind or anything along those lines or was it a straight swap out??

I dont want to give anything away just yet - but I am currently looking into a SICK mod for my case and the cost of getting it done.

If all goes well in the coming weeks I will fire up photos if I am able to getter done!

wicked job Dr B! Sorry to hear about Ruby :(

The Vf for white LED's is the same as for blue LED's so I didn't have to swap resistors out. If anybody need's to know, the normal ones are 220ohm 0603 package parts so you would need to have some soldering skills to change them. The LEDs are standard T1's (3mm) and housed in a PC mount (basically a right angle stand-off) You can just buy T1 LED's and pull the blue LED's out of the PC mount and replace them with whatever colour you want.

White with True Green LED's would look pretty sick IMHO.

this may have to be something I can take on sometime soon.

I wouldn't mind swapping them out for white either.

Once again, this camera sucks.

I think I need at least two more of these strips, a 15V supply or a more home made option
