Nice video,

I've experimented with the mineral oils back in about 2002 or so after seeing one at QuakeCon.

Mineral oil is a great cooling solution with much thermal capacity, unfortunately its pour point is too warm at about -30 to -40C range.

I needed an oil capable to flow at a much lower temp.

Went bust when building a skulltrail when i7 arrived?

Honestly I'm not sure. After spending a bunch of money on that he disappeared is what I last recall. Never seen an outcome.

I'm still messing around with efforts to cool electronics :wink: I moved on from Desktop PC cooling and more interested in the challenge of the very large (500KW+) to the very small confines of today's cell/tablet designs....I really like the cell phone stuff.
