What I would like to know is dose anyone see any possible bottle necking anywhere in this setup?

And can anyone recommend a 24inch monitor for under or around 300?

your gonna run 4 3870's on a monitor with a native res of 1680x1050? theres a bottleneck, 2 of those crds will be nothing but $400 of idle heat. to use those cards properly you will want something like a 27-30" lcd with a native res of about 2560x1600.

also amd cpu's are likley to bottleneck the hell out of those cards, if you go amd (and i believe you do becuase i don't think intel had quad CF yet), you will need to overclock the hell out of it so get a black edition 6400+.
