 Post subject: some help with my system slow down

Hardware
P4 640 Prescott 3.2GHz Dual Core 775 Socket
Intel D955XBK Motherboard
2x2GB Kingston DDR2-5300
PNY Geforce 8800 GTS 512 PCIE(running at x16)
250GB Western Digital HD
Windows XP Home All Service packs and dual core fixes installed
450watt ThermalTake Power Supply
19" Widescreen LCD 1440x900

3DMark06 Scores
3DMarks 2724
SMS2.0 2240
HDR 1232
CPU 350
Tests were ran at 1440x900 which is my LCD Resolution

So what is bottlenecking my proformance
any help or ideas would be great

The 8800 is fine.

PS is a bit lacking but I think you'll be able to keep it anyways.

Your CPU (P4 640 Prescott 3.2GHz Dual Core 775 Socket) is not a dual core whatsoever.

So I'd update your CPU, Mobo and Ram.

you're running the benchmark at non-standard settings?
that could be part of the score problem.
set "maintain aspect ratio" in the nvidia driver panel and run it again at all default settings.
