Once the 6870 gets released (Nov ish) you guys will get the first crack at my 5870.

This better be 2GB RAM standard. I don't want to wait 6 months for an upgraded version.

One would hope these cards are 2GB standard. I am looking forward to some reviews of it. I am also hoping it makes Fermi look like something pulled from a box of cracker jacks.

Funny thing is that 6870 looks like it has some "wood screws" on it (the ones above and below the smudge on the right).

Hopefully the price of the 5XXX series will drop. Then I will pick up another 5850 for some crossfire action. Woohoo. Let the good AMD times roll!!!!!

I'm begining to think AMD has no intention of ever dropping 58** series prices. 5850's are still retailing for more than I paid for mine, even with the 460 out performing them and kicking their ass on price.

Sooooo, here's a supposedly leaked spec sheet. Looks like 6770 will outperform a 5850 and the 6750 wipes the floor with the 5770.

I really don't have a clue what's going on here and how it relates to price structure.

We will see on how they perform soon enough.

Apparently this be a 6870. Notice the AMD sticker on it and not "ATi". AMD is gonna have their "release party" on the 12th, so all the FUD that has been spewing on the internet should be silenced.
