My 500w Seasonic is holding my system perfectly fine at 4ghz. You should be fine, it really does take a lot more than people think to max out a PSU (although, a little extra juice is never bad )

95W, 36A with the little * as well saying the combined rails are actually only 460W

I should be OK, a co-worker had the same PSU powering a freaking 6000+ and that's 30W above and beyond a Q6600. Though a 650W Seasonic is tempting.

that psu should cover you just fine. although, as david said, more power never hurts.

I am currently running the SeaSonic 650 watt PSU. And i like it alot. Souly because of the fact it has a really nice 120mm fan on it and the entire back of it is an open grid for air flow. Its a really nice unit !
