LOL, just dropped by Club SLI, I'm still listed as number 6 in their hall of fame, and it's still not even my score

its funny how cpu biased 06 is, i prefer 05 since its more accurate to real world game performance.

The video card is game stable. It is clocked at 780/2000/2200.
CPU fsb is 456mhz x 9 @ 1:1, although 3dmark06 says its 445mhz. I haven't tried any games.
This board is quite small, it makes me nervous about giving it too much heat. lol It seems stable at everyday tasks and benchmarks clocked at 4 - 4.1ghz though.
I'll have a new mobo Thursday. Something with a bit more cooling. Probably the X38-DS4

I'm using a Zalman 9500 heatsink.
I just hate my mobo's small north bridge heatsink. lol
Nice budget board for oc'ng though

I'm just messing around now. I upped the fsb to 470mhz X 9 = 4230mhz

cpu voltage is 1.36v. Volts will need to go up if I want to be Orthos stable at 4.1 - 4.3ghz. I've been using 4.1ghz for 24hrs and now and no crashes that i know of.
I did manage to run orthos for just over an hour, until I opened gygabytes oc'ing utility and the settings messed up my oc. That caused a bluescreen

Used Everest and CPU-Z for volts and temps

cpu = 20-23 celcius Idle, 40-42 load(keep in mind I may be using, air but I get wicked airflow)
core 1 = 38C idle, 49C load
core 2 = 36C idle, 48C load

Some low temps! I think core temp may be off a bit. Not by much though. Bios said 26 celcius when I had vcore to 1.38v

New 3dmark06 score 15,511

hope your not putting much voltage to that 45nm or electro migration is gonna kill it. 45nm can't take much voltage at all before doing damage to the cpu. so it looks like heat is no longer the factor. i won;t put anything past 1.3 to mine till they figure out what the hell the limits are.

oh and use realtemp for these chips, the probes are fucked up on them and coretemp give inaccurate readings.

Intel reccomends no higher than 1.36v, I guess. lol
I haven't been past that yet with this cpu. I am OCCT stable at 3.4ghz with a 1.22 vcore.
